It is with great pleasure that we can proudly introduce BCUBE Consulting, a registered South African Security Service Provider that specializes in bespoke security and logistics support services to International Sports teams and alike, whilst touring South Africa. BCube remains compliant with statutory requirements and carries mandatory security liability insurance.
For over 18 years BCube has remained at the forefront in servicing this niche high profiled market, executing over three hundred (300) successful Sports Security Missions to a blend of sports teams from seven (7) countries, across three (3) continents, representing both Northern and Southern hemispheres.
BCube provides touring sports teams with comprehensive services that include embedded security professionals that are handpicked, seasoned industry consultants with extensive local knowledge and high levels of professionals across both hard and soft skills.
Our service standard through word of mouth has been the driving force and forefront of BCube’s successful service record and growth to date.

SECURITY RISK MANAGEMENT
BCube’s flagship service preparation starts well before any teams arrival in the country. From arrival at port of entry, whilst in country and until wheels up on departure, Security Professionals remain embedded with the team and engage holistically with stakeholders in a continuous effort to ensure team Safety and Security is well looked after and aligned to support team operations.

PREPARATION
Advance recce’s that may include formal Security Risk Assessments of hotels, sporting venues, recreational facilities and journey management considerations.
TEAM SECURITY
AWARENESS BRIEFING
Based on the prevailing threat spectrum of the destination city the team is briefed on local security awareness with considerations to the teams planned itinerary.
SECURITY AWARENESS
& DAILY ADVISORY
Proactive security advisory to both team management and players based on security tradecraft, local knowledge and through an established national security partner network, able to monitor potential adverse atmospherics that may impact operations.
TEAM JOURNEY
MANAGEMENT
Journey management in support of timely and safe team travel to and from training & match day venues are effectively coordinated with stakeholders.
DOWN TIME
ACTIVITIES
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure safe and appropriate group activities are available at reasonable rates in support of clients making the most of down times/ days off.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE
MANAGEMENT
Coordinating with BCube’s partnered National Operations Centre manned 24/7 entrusted with operational support to deployed Security Professionals. On-site emergency response management to security related incidents, liaising with local law enforcement, emergency response teams and medical facilities.
LOGISTICAL SUPPORT
BCube’s supplementary logistical support service dovetails into its flagship service and contributes to the overall success of sports group tours.

Mini-Van rentals with both passenger configuration and kit transfer capability. Mini-Van’s have proven to be an essential support element used predominantly for pre-training and matchday setup. These vehicles provide a value add in support of injury related Doctor visits, ADHOC management/ player logistic runs etc.
SECURE LUGGAGE &
KIT TRANSFER
Secure luggage transfer is an essential logistical element for all sports teams touring in South Africa, be it from the airport to hotel and / or from City to City. Road transport of luggage & kit has proven to help facilitate a smooth check-in at airports, when dealing with domestic flight travel and mitigates lost, tampered with and / or stolen luggage items.
